What can I have on my table?
Our signature grazing tables usually contain artisan bread, crackers, breadsticks, pretzels, Brie, Stilton, Manchego, Cheddar, Red Leicester, Wensleydale Cheese, Parma Ham, Salami, Chorizo, prosciutto, Mini pork pies, Falafel, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, seasonal veg, dips such as hummus and tzatziki, strawberries and grapes.
Our sweet treats usually include mini brownies, flapjacks, fruit, dark & milk chocolate. We do also change our ingredients on occasion due to availability so each table can be slightly different.

Any grazing table booking can be tailored to dietary requirements, just speak to us about your requirements. We are also happy to come up with bespoke tables if you have something really specific in mind.

What size table should I order?
Our tables generously portioned. They are intended to replace boring canapés or a traditional buffet and to supplement a light meal. If you wanted to offer your guests more food then we can always add more on for you.

What do the prices on the website include?
Our grazing table prices include delivery and set up of 15 miles of our location in Frimley, Surrey. Anything further afield would be charged at 50p per mile. If you ask for a quote online, we'll send you a quote via email to include all costs.

Do you cater for allergies and dietary requirements?
All of our tables and platters can be adapted to cater for vegetarian, vegan & gluten free requirements. And we can easily incorporate all of the above into one table if you have guests with a mixture of requirements.

How does it work on the day?
Once we have finished setting up the table we clear away our things and leave you and your guests to enjoy the feast in front of you. It'll all be in place so nothing will need topping up. We do not provide staff for the booking to act as waiting staff, guests serve themselves..
We do not come back to clear the food away but if this is something you would really like us to do, speak to us and we can quote you for this.

How long does it take to set up?
On the day we arrive with the food in catering chillers and ready to be set up on the table for you.Our grazing tables are set up on site, we just require a surface big enough to create the graze (usually 1 meter for every 30 grazers). Set up can take between 1 -3 hours depending on the size of the table ordered with us. We will need to be able to park to be able to unload the items.
How far do we travel?
We are based in Surrey & travel all over Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire & London. If you really wanted us to travel further, thats no problem at all - we'd just need to charge accordingly. For all bookings with 15 miles of our location in Frimley, Surrey, there is no travel costs. Anything over 15 miles is just charged at 50p per mile - nice and easy.

How does the food stay fresh?
We arrive with the food ready prepared in our catering coolers to make sure its as fresh as possible. We lay down brown paper to protect your table surface and get to work. The area must be cool and shaded and not in direct sunlight or near a fire (and not next to a radiator either). Unfortunately we will not be able to set up your grazing table if there is director sunlight or radiators. The food can stay out for 4 hours maximum, in accordance with food hygiene and safety the food must be disposed of after 4 hours.

Do you provide plates and cutlery?
Our grazing table packages do not include this but we can supply bamboo plates and cutlery for a small fee per head. Do let us know during the quote/booking process if you'd like these with your booking.
